HI I'M LALA

When I first discovered shuffling back in 2017, I had no idea it would change my life. What began as a way to move and escape became a journey of self discovery, confidence, and connection. Shuffling helped me heal, find my voice, and step into the leader I always envisioned myself becoming.

Today, LVL UP with Lala is an extension of that story — a movement built to help others tap into their own power through dance. Every class, tutorial, and community event is rooted in the same belief that started it all: when you move with intention, you grow in ways far beyond the dance floor.

Now based in Miami, I’m continuing to build community through classes, meetups, and collaborations that celebrate self expression and connection. Watching people step out of their comfort zones, grow in confidence, and find joy through movement reminds me every day why I started, and why I’ll never stop.
